1. You will be required to write a 3 page paper (double-spaced) on a work experience that you have had.  You will need to think of an issue in a current or past job you have held that is relevant to a topic covered in this class.  Follow these instructions for the paper:

-You will begin your paper with a short description of the job you have/had including the type of organization you work(ed) for and the job duties you are/were responsible for.  

-Next, you will describe your experience or issue from the job.

-Finally you must choose a topic of I/O Psychology to relate your experience to and cite theory accordingly.

As an example, you can describe a work conflict or a teamwork experience or perhaps your attitude at work and what may have impacted it, etc.… It can be positive or negative experiences but, you must relate it to the theory(s) discussed in class.
