A teacher is someone who is very involved in a child’s life. They are with them for hours a day. Having a teacher with amazing qualities is needed for children who are developing. Some qualities a teacher should have include:

• Patience
• Enthusiasm
• Passion
• Good listener and a good communicator
• Encouraging
• Creativity

When trying to build relationships with young children it is important for the teacher to be patient with child. They may need you to explain the directions over and over again and that’s okay. If a teacher is boring and doesn’t seem happy about teaching the children will notice. That’s why it’s important for the teacher to be enthusiastic. The same goes for passionate. A teacher needs to love their job and children . Children can tall your ear off and they have a lot to say it’s important for teachers to allow them to communicate and encourage their ideas. When children are young they tend to be creative. The teacher must allow them to be creative and create activities that are creative and makes learning exciting!
