Select a U.S. Supreme Court decision from that relates to business regulation, and provide a rationale for why the decision should be returned (notwithstanding the doctrine of stare decisis)
Stare decisis is the doctrine that rules or principles of law on which a court rested a previous decision are authoritative in all future cases in which the facts are substantially the same.
