Your 65 year old grandmother is very confused about Medicare. She doesn’t understand the parts and her options with respect to enrollment. She just assumed that enrollment was automatic.
In order for you to help her learn about Medicare you have decided to provide a summary of each of the parts of Medicare and provide her with your recommendations for each.
