The question above is the topic and what will be discussed in the paper, this is a group project so i have a specific part to work on. The questions that i have to answer are :
1) about Allocation. How has it stood up? Are some states needing more? Are some using not their full share?
2) about Usage. Central Arizona Project s role in Arizona s usage of the River. How is the River being used? Mostly agricultural. How do we think it should be used? What is the most efficient usage?
