Part 1
Review and describe the Michele Issel (2009) model of program planning and evaluation. Critically review each stage and how each stage relates to other stages, and explain why it is a cyclical model. Use examples from work experience and/or published literature to complete this assignment. You may wish to compare it to Hawe et al. (1990) model (1500 words)
