Each student is required to identify an Irish (nursing) community case study. You are required to demonstrate a critical understanding of patho-physiological knowledge that underpins the presenting signs and symptoms and associated diagnostic test results
An Irish writer with medical experience is a must.- Not a USA writer

30 reference needed-no more than 5 years old and 12 plus of them references have to be Irish articles/ journals.
BELOW IS WHAT THE CASE STUDY NEEDS TO INCLUDE/ANSWER
Aims of Irish Case Study:
Each student is required to identify an Irish community case study.
Students are required to demonstrate a critical understanding of patho-physiological knowledge that underpins the presenting signs and symptoms and associated diagnostic test results. Based on your nursing assessments, and using clinical reasoning skills, students are required to provide evidence of the community nursing care in Ireland and treatments as evidenced by:
Identifying and prioritising patient problems;
Making inferences (cluster clues and draw conclusions) make a differential diagnosis;
Determining expected patient outcomes;
Evaluating effectiveness of care given
Demonstate the ability to perform an advanced health assessment and communicate these findings orally and in writing; cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, abdominal assessment. Blood chemistry analysis.
Students must include the following information as an appendix:
Clinical presentation
Health history- including medication
Physical examination (inspect, palpate, percuss, auscultate)
Vital signs- N.E.W.S
Diagnostic tests- respiratory/cardio examination
Psycho-socio-cultural status
Medical diagnosis-
Collaborative interventions (ie medical)
Reference to evidenced based Irish literature must inform the analysis throughout the case study. Please include the case study in the appendices
