Next, assess some of the social and economic consequences for failing to use emotional intelligence and relationship-building while leading an organization toward achieving its mission and goal achievement. Be sure to support assessment with academically credible research.
Finally, defend three best practices or recommendations for leaders to build emotional intelligence and enhance relationship building in leadership activities. Make sure to defend your recommendations with research.
