. Discuss the difference between HIV and AIDS. What are the criteria that an HIV infected patient has to meet to be diagnosed with AIDS?
. How can the Human Immunodeficiency Virus be transmitted from person to person? How can it NOT be transmitted?
. Discuss what happens in the body when a person is infected with HIV. (Talk about what happens to the immune system, what kind of treatment a person who is HIV infected must be on, and what happens if the person eventually develops AIDS i.e. what usually leads to the death of these individuals?).
