Prepare a research paper identifying one issue or challenge in the management of a health care organization. You will carefully review relevant current literature and provide a critical analysis and interpretation.

The research paper must include the following elements:

Title Page
Your name, class name and number, Instructor’s name, date of submission
Brief Table of Contents
Body of Paper
Introduction (and why you picked this topic)
Review of the literature or articles
Analysis and discussion
Conclusions
Bibliography (References)

At least five (5) full text articles relevant to the topic you select for the research paper. These articles may be found in the health care professional literature or in business related magazines.

The paper must be typed, double spaced. The paper must be between eight and ten pages in length (not counting the Table of Contents or Reference page) with pages numbered starting with the Introduction.
