1- Discuss whether Salon Diamonique Ltd owed a duty of care to Adele Richardson. Give reasons for your answer.

2-Assuming that a duty is owed and that the Salon Diamonique is found to be in breach, consider any possible defence that Salon might arise.

3-ASSUME, FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS PART OF THE PAPER ONLY, that a refusal of medical treatment by Adele RIchardson led to her suffering permanent damage to her hair. Advise her as to whether the Salon Diamonique  would be liable to compensate her in respect of the disability.

4-Assuming that Salon Diamonique can establish a prima facie case, consider whether Adele Richardson could successfully raise the defence of contributory negligence.
