The topic for the proposed research is Gender Equality
Introduction
Gender equality can’t only be considered as a fundamental human right but a basic and
important genesis of a sustainable and prosperous world. It can be proven to behold doubt that
feminism has been there for many centuries without a clear solution and mitigation for gender
inequality in almost every sector of our economy. Different states with different cultures and
norms continue to embrace pervasive ways of feminine gender such as forced marriages,
underrepresented in political leadership, and even falling in the brackets of uneducated class in
the society (Grown & Conne, 2019). Women equality and empowerment is among the
sustainable development goals every activist cries for since women and girl child have fallen in
the hand of discrimination, violence, and bullying in our society. In the vision 2030 calendar,
gender equality calls for urgent measures to eliminate the root causes for discrimination that up
to now curtails the female gender both in private and public spheres. According to the survey
conducted, many women are in unpaid care and domestic jobs compared to their men
counterparts. In the world we are living now, gender equality is a major concern and thus every
individual is entitled to work and should have right to be represented in every part of the

economy of the state by its political leadership, Engineering field, Automobile sector, office
works and leadership despite gender alienation (Grown & Conne, 2019).
Research Approach
The research is all about gender equality which in most cases falls on the female side.
There has been a narrative for quite a long time that what a man can do a woman cannot do. The
report has also considered the assault the girl child undergoes such sexual violence by an
intimate partner, denial of possessing of power in the office, being seen as inferior in different
managerial levels and so forth (Stolte-Heiskanen, V. et al. 2005). Sexual and reproductive rights
are very much crucial and its shortfall may result in multiple sorts of discrimination, depriving
the female gender of education and decent work. Despite the women venturing in political
positions recently, the number is still so minute to be recognized as it is merely 24% of the
parliamentary seats which seems too far short of parity and equality. Women activists have
blown their whistle to see a parliamentary house full of elected members not nominated ones as
this give more power to prove they can do as well as their counterpart in campaign-wise.
Additionally, the situation worsens in the private sector where women globally occupy
approximately less than a third of senior and middle management positions in their organizations
of work.

everybody regardless of their geographical location, social-economic background, race, religion,
and gender identity. Its prevalence is mainly propagated by systematic gender inequality that

the victimized or even lack of economic opportunities which leaves the survivor with no option
