In Week 8, your final paper will be a report on a public management issue of your choice. However, regardless your choice, the professor must approve the topic. This paper will be in the format of a report and will not be an advocacy paper.

The paper should be at least 10 pages [the total does not include Cover Page, Abstract, and Reference Page(s)] in the length. The paper needs to include at least six scholarly or peer-reviewed sources. References are listed at the end of the paper and should follow the APA Style Manual. Use of the APUS online library is strongly encouraged.
