Thank you Cash generation has always been very important in the current company as well as my previous
companies. The main reason cash generation is important because it is required to continue
business and surviving in the market. Another major reason for importance is because it has
generally used as a major method to determine the performance of the company. Cash flow
analysis help in creating cash flow ratios which in turn help in comparing those ratios to industry
standards or other companies that are in the same industry and have similar products to
understand their own standing in the market. These ratios also help in understanding the working
conditions of companies (Tingbani, 2018). Cash flow is nothing but as it suggests the flow of
money in a company for example in the way of deposits and withdrawals. It is different from
profit and loss because even if a company has a positive cash flow it does not directly correspond
to the fact the company is making a profit and it is possible that the company is in a loss. The
above-mentioned scenario is possible if, for example, the company owner has taken a loan or
maybe invested their own money into the company. There are several ways small and mediumsize companies can manage cash flow, some of those techniques are by cutting costs, and instead
of purchasing vehicles or tools, leasing them. The use net 30 or net 60 as a method of payment
for vendors or suppliers will help in delaying the payments to them for supplies as well as ask for
fractional payments from the customers for orders so as to always have cash in hand for expenses
and running the business smoothly (Lima, 2020).
Financial analysis is important mainly because it helps in assessing the company’s position
financially. Profitability and risk evaluation of a company can be conducted through the analysis
of financial statements. The evaluations mentioned above are usually summed up as ratios
mainly known as risk analysis ratios and profitability analysis ratio. Creditors generally use risk
analysis to evaluate the liquidity of a company which helps them understand if a company can
recover from a financial collapse. The employees of a company conduct the above-mentioned
analysis to understand how better to manage the business of a company and how can they
increase the profitability of the company (Liao, 2019).

Importance of Cash
The speculation procedure of cash and the subtleties of income is essential and significant for the
business association so as to get a specific measure of benefits. The income data comprises data
about the installments of clients, receipts of advances, and venture subtleties. The income report
is significant because it can tell about the venture condition by utilizing the money and to be
successful about the venture, we need to utilize adequate money for each business time. In the
negative income, the month to month costs, vehicle advances, montages, and more are there.
There will be an influence opening and it keeps from the aggregating debate (Tingbani, 2018).
Money generation has consistently been significant in the current organization just as my past
industry. The fundamental reason money generation is vital in light of the fact that it is required
to proceed with the venture and making do in the market. Moreover, cash generation in this
organization goes about as the proportion of the general productivity and execution of the firm.
The specialists have been researching association benefits throughout late years financial reports
and pay accounts. The association`s advancement rate is in like manner analyzed extents,
premiums, commitments, and capital extents are also researched (Bhar, 2019).
Financial Analysis
So as to decide the money related strength of the firm, the budgetary examination is significant.
Considering the information acquired from the investigation the chief settle on basic choices that
improve firm execution. For instance, an investor can make choices on whether to hold to see
firm offers. A monetary report is basic to improve the feasibility and achieve firm goals. Banks
or cash related establishments offer advances to firms; thus, firms can take decisions to widen the
development time period. The fiscal report likewise encourages any industries to contrast
themselves and their rivals (He, 2020).

Part 1: Importance of Cash
Liquid cash or liquid assets are always an added advantage for any firm in any kind of business.
This liquid assets and cash flows are very important for the companies which are not able to
receive any financial assistance in the form of loans or another form of assistance from
government or banks or other financial institutions. Liquid cash generation and its savings in the
company’s bank account are very helpful when there is an economic disaster or economic market
crash. During the market crash, many companies are unable to raise funds to run their day-to-day
operations as they do not have enough cash reserves. Companies that have good cash flows, cash
generation, and cash reserves can sustain the market crash (Guizani, 2018).
Cash flow generation is completely different from the concepts of profit and loss in accounting.
Profit or loss includes the accounts receivables from future payments and all types of assets. But
cash generation completely focuses on generating cash for all account receivables transactions
with very few accounts receivables time (Haraldsen, 2020).
Part 2: Application of Concepts/Financial Analysis
A detailed understanding of the financial health of a company requires an effective financial
analysis. To achieve different aims on the company’s financial performance or the future
financial goals, multiple types of analysis should be conducted. A financial analysis can be
started from its financial statement; this gives information on the risks and profits of the
company for that financial year.
The financial risk analysis is done to detect the credit risks which the company is carrying.
Financial risk is foreseen in the form of liquidity and solvency analysis. The risk analysis
conducted on the company’s liquidity relays on the liquid assets, cash flows, and cash
generation, from this information it is analyzed that if the company has enough cash reserves to
pay their day to day operations and sustain in case of any economical disturbance in the market.
Solvency analysis deals with analyzing the assets with the debits the company has and calculates
the period through which the company can pay off the debt through the solvency.
Profitability analysis deals with the return on investment for which the company is investing in
any of its departments or operations or on any other activities (Misra, 2019).
